- This is my third year here at Ranch Elementary School teaching Fifth Grade. Before moving here from Tucson, Arizona, I taught Third Grade after completing a Masters Degree in Elementary Education. Prior to returning back to school, I was invited to participate in a Science grant from the National Science Foundation to design and implement science curriculum to enhance critical thinking skills. It was working with students in the science program that inspired me to teach and have my own class. Teaching is a challenging profession and the reward comes from being able to work with children. Being able to be a part of the wonderful teaching staff here at Rancho has been a fantastic experience. We have here at Rancho a very the high caliber of students and terrific families to help and support them. I am looking forward to another great year!
